ABOUT THE SHIP The recently refurbished Princess Maria operates between Helsinki and St Petersburg. Return journeys within 72 hours qualify guests for Visa-Free visits to Russia. It is not a luxury cruise ship, but offers simple,clean accommodations in a range of cabins, plus a choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Standard cabins are 9m2. A-class have a window to the sea, and B-class are without window. Upgrades are possible to 12m2 Commodore class, and a limited number of Deluxe cabins offer fantastic views from the front of the ship. Dining options include a Scandinavian-style buffet, and an à la carte restaurant serving Russian cuisine. A swimming pool, sauna, casino, and cinema complete the entertainment selection.
